We want you to love every cup. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
- Unopened, sealed products in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund.
- Due to the perishable nature of coffee and tea, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used bags.
- Items must be in the same condition you received them.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at straypawsbrew@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at straypawsbrew@gmail.com and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Subscriptions Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be refunded. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing date.
